Excellent pizza and cinnamon sticks!

My wife and I stopped and picked up a thin crust, bacon, ham, canadian bacon, mushroom & green pepper pie today, by far the best pizza in the DFW area or since moving here, no grease or oily mess, fresh ingredients, good dough/crust, very nice people, I'll up it to five stars if it's as good next time we order ... to be continued!

First time to try Alfredo's and built my own stuff crust pizza for pickup and was very happy. Lots of toppings and tons of cheese!

I've had more than a handful of issues with this place before, but they were minor enough to keep enjoying the average food for a great price. Just ordered through Eat24. Had a driver not follow the instructions we left ("Call if you can't get in"), had Eat24 call us instead which we missed by a few minutes only to have that employee be angry and aggressive when we called back, and had the Alfredo's driver yell at my boyfriend, refuse to give him a receipt, and behave extremely condescendingly. The food here isn't THAT good. Bye, Alfredo's.

Tried this place for the first time today.. we got a flyer from them on our door, decided to give it a shot.. not disappointed! Got the BBQ chicken pizza with a thin crust and an order of cheese stixs. Both we're fresh & still hot.They were ahead of time on delivery.. Which is a plus.. we'll be ordering from them again.

I ordered tonight and had hot wings and a meatball sub! This was my first time trying the food here and I guarantee you I will recommend Alfredo's Pizzeria to everyone I meet. Im at the hospital with my dad and the driver even offered to deliver to his room! Service was amazing and I'm so thankful. Wonderful staff...amazing food and top notch service!

Just moved to the area and figured I'd give him a shot pizza was the best thing and it still would have been only worth it at a quarter of the cost I don't normally put bad reviews but this was just not good not at all

Loved it totally. Ordered bread sticks, alfredo pasta and jalapeno poppers. I must admit they do the best italian food in the Plano area. Will definitely visit back again.

Omg where do I begin?! We stumbled upon this jewel when we first moved to Plano about 5 years ago. We’d order pizza every week. Now we’ve moved about 20 miles away and we still occasionally make the drive for this pizza. It’s so good that our family that visits from out of town now request Alfredo’s pizza whenever they visit lol

A great pizza place! The pizza is very good. The prices are great, and delivery is fast. We order every Friday night and are never disappointed. We just used them for a birthday party and again they were great. Delivered exactly when asked, hot, fresh, looked and tasted great. Coming from Boston, it took a long time to find a good pizza place.

Picked up my pizza and the pizza was not made correctly and the owner tried to cover it up and lie to me about it and when I noticed he acted like nothing was wrong. The owner is a liar!!

I keep having a horrible experience with this establishment. I try to order several times but the staff is so rude. The pizza was sagging and uncooked. Not even an apology, this is a good way to loose customers. I call and I got so much attitude from the people there, I don't think I will be ordering them again. I rather get pizza hut or dominoes.

Started off rocky a little late, called to check on my order and without hesitation and very politely one of the guys there sent my order as soon as he could. NOT disappointed 😁 very delicious! Pizza was great, wings were good and the ranch was surprisingly tasty not like other places ive had. Delivery lady was pleasant. Thanks guys! Will be ordering again.

This pizza is VERY good. The New-York crust was fabulous! They deliver via grub hub too. I'll be ordering this again.

Amazing food! And they're service is excellent as well. My order wasn't correct and they came back within 30 min to replace it.

We received one of their flyers (maybe on our door) and decided to give them a try. We are always looking for new places to try. We called at 6:04pm and placed our order. They advised us it would take between 30 and 40 minutes. At 7:04 our order arrived. Yes that means late. We ordered the crispy thin crust. What we got was not crispy. Nor was it all that thin. But on the bright side it was very greasy. Well that's if you like lots of grease. It was not tasty. I ate 3 pieces and that was only because I was hungry. I threw the rest of it in the trash. The only positive thing I can say is even though it was extremely late is was still hot. Needless to say we will not order from then again.

Sad excuse for Italian food. The pizza resembles papa John's. The food is extremely bland and is not of good quality. We have left overs and I don't plan on eating them.

Very good. Try the calzone. The crust is amazing.

I work in the same shopping center as Alfredo's. We have been ordering since the day they opened. I have never had anything other than great service and good food. We order from them weekly and are always satisfied. You cant beat their prices, and I am always for supporting another small business in the neighborhood .

I think this place is AMAZING! For whatever reason, grubhub didnt include my room number when I ordered and they were still ahead of the predicted delivery time. Now on to the food, I got the stuffed crust hamburger pizza and an order of wings. I thought they were both incredibly delicious. I will definitely be ordering again, this is by far some of the best pizza I have had in the Dallas area, and again my apologies for the confusion on the room number thing!!

Good pizza but consistently late delivery.. 20+ minutes late each time. Also had issues placing order by phone during business hours- they never answered phone over 40 min of attempts.

The BEST pizza in Plano!!!! Their pizzas are just great. I don't know what they put in their cheese but it tastes like HEAVEN lol whenever I'm in the mood for some pizza, this is my go to place.

Very good pizza. Very friendly staff. Our order was correct and on time. We tried the Al Bundy on hand tossed and pepperoni on thin crust. Both delicious- hand tossed was moist and chewy...thin was crispy but not tough. Definitely going back...good job Alfredo....if thats your real name!

used to be great but now its tooooooooo salty, cheese and flour plus too much salt equals heart attack for sure. please please please stop adding so much salt. I wish the person who baked my pizza had to eat it. The salt hit my head. i threw away the pizza. i will never order again.

Javier who takes the orders over the phone was very rude to me just because his delivery lady Lydia didn't want to take the elevator to the third floor in my apartment complex . And when I was living off of Preston Road Lydia would start breathing hard and running out of breath because she had to go up the stairs to the second floor of my old Apartment complex. The food is not cooked at the restaurant. The food is cooked at the owner house. The only good thing that I can say about Alfredo's Pizzeria in Plano Texas off of West Parker Road is that they have good soda. Even their Pizza has too much Salt in them.

My favorite pizza is the stop special Pizza with chicken and vegetables and olive oil instead of marinara. The chicken rolls are really good. You wear when ordering a chicken item from the menu though because they charge you the price on the menu and then they charge an extra dollar fifty to add chicken which I feel is deceptive

I got a coupon on my door and tried it out. Took 50mins to get the food and when I did it was all cold. The ingredients were cheap and tasted really bad. The jalapeno peppers were cold and also really cheap and even the cinnamon sticks tasted weird. The only thing that was good was the Pepsi. $30 waisted in the trash.

Best pizza I've found in the area. Always delivered VERY quickly, and always hot. (They literally got me a pizza 22 minutes after I ordered one day. I've never had service that fast anywhere.) I usually get the thin-crust pizza, with pepperoni and italian sausage. The cheese they use is most excellent.Additionally, with over 10 orders, I've never had an error in my order.

Best delivery Pizza I have tried in a while! The chicken alfredo is my favorite by far, and they also have really good calzones and for a really good price. If you are on a budget, I recommend giving this place a try!

I have ordered twice and both times my family loved it! Yes it takes a little longer but the food is worth it. The delivery guys are very respectful. Thank you for the great food and service!

Great local place to get some fast, good pizza. They have awesome pepperoni rolls and great sandwiches.

Since Chicago's finest is gone we needed a new place and we found it. I have ordered three times. All three where on time or early. The food was hot and very tasty. We have had pizza and calzones. Both were excellent.

A friend and his kid came over recently and brought pizza. It was fantastic. We asked where it came from and he said Alfredo's Pizzeria. Looks like it's in the spot where Mr. Jim's Pizza used to be. I've gone there for pizza ever since -- wife and kids don't want "pizza" but "Alfredo's pizza" specifically. We all think it's the best in the area.I've tried to figure out how to describe it. The crust is thin and pretty soft -- almost too soft because it tears easily when you're pulling apart slices. But it almost melts away when you eat it, filling your mouth with the other ingredients. The sauce seems a bit tangier than other sauces.The pizzas aren't very big. The XL seems to be about what I'd call a medium at other places. The price is also appropriate to a medium, though, so you're getting the right value.

I've eaten here twice and ordered the works and the staff special pizza. The price that you pay represents the quality of the ingredients. It's like going to those sit down speciality pizza places but without the servers/tip.

Uh-mazing. First time here and everything was fantastic. The calzone, to die for, and perfectly crunchy on the outside, soft and chewy in the middle. Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo was very good, not the best ever, but downright yummy.

The service is great, delivered hot, cut all the way through, and quality ingredients. Very happy with them!!

This was my first time trying this place .. I had it delivered from Grubhub lol and it was great! I mostly loved the pizza and the cinnamon sticks but the pizza sticks were really good ... I guess it was just too similar to pizza for me to give it a 5 as well lol maybe it was a lot of bread or just felt like a bit much with the pizza .. overall really great and I will be back! The ham on the pizza and quality of cheese and sauce and bread is fantastic. Definitely made it to my top 5 pizza places! The only bicker I have is that I wish the crust wasn’t so over done Lol I would of liked it a bit softer but that’s not enough for me to not give it a second chance lol

Great pizza and amazing carry out specials worked across the street for years and just found this gem. So glad I did eaten hear almost once a week sense and food is consistent and taste awesome. Plus staff is very kind and polite when taking orders and checking people out
